Short Introduction
The goal of this course was to build awareness about women harassment, workspace harassment, harassment related inquiry procedures, penalties and complaint resolution procedure. This course also intends to equip learners about the code of conduct sanctioned by the Government of Pakistan in its “Protection against women harassment act 2010”.

Results/What was outcome of training
This course was developed in 8 week span and launched successfully. Its feedback has been amazing so far. Evaluation results of initial batch of employees suggest that course has educated them about subject matter with real-time strategies to report and avoid a situation involving harassment.
